What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is 300 pieces per style. We accept a maximum of 2 styles per order, with up to 4 colour variations per style. Orders below 300 pieces cannot be accommodated at our standard pricing.
How long does production take from Bangladesh?
Standard lead time is 60 to 120 days from pre-production sample approval and receipt of advance payment. This covers fabric sourcing, production, quality inspection, export documentation, and port-to-port shipping. Use our Shipment Readiness Calculator above for a personalised date breakdown.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept three payment methods based on order value: Letter of Credit (LC) for orders above USD 30,000, Telegraphic Transfer (TT) for orders between USD 5,000 and USD 30,000, and WorldRemit for orders below USD 5,000. A 30% advance is required before production commences for TT orders.
Which Incoterms do you support?
We support all Incoterms 2020: EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, and DDP. FOB Chittagong is our standard term. The applicable Incoterm is agreed per order at the quotation stage.
Do you manufacture sustainable and organic garments?
Yes. We manufacture using organic cotton (GOTS-aligned), recycled polyester (rPET), Tencel, Modal, and other certified sustainable fabrics. SDF Clothing is also committed to tree plantation initiatives and operates on 100% renewable energy via Cloudflare Pages — certified green by the Green Web Foundation. Is sample development free?
Sample development requires a 30% advance deposit based on your estimated bulk order value. This deposit is fully credited toward your confirmed production order — it is not an additional charge. The deposit policy protects both parties and ensures production resources are allocated efficiently.
