What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is 300 pieces per style. Sizes and up to 4 colour variations split inside that 300, and each additional style carries its own 300. Orders below 300 pieces cannot be accommodated at our standard pricing.
How long does production take from Bangladesh?
Bulk production is quantity-based: about 30 to 35 days for 300 to 1,000 pieces, rising to 45 to 60 days above 20,000, counted from pre-production sample approval and receipt of advance payment. Sea freight is extra. These are estimates, not guarantees: the exact timeline depends on quantity, fabric, trims and complexity, and we confirm it in your quote. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept three payment methods based on order value: Letter of Credit (LC) for orders above USD 30,000, Telegraphic Transfer (TT) for orders between USD 5,000 and USD 30,000, and WorldRemit for orders below USD 5,000. For TT orders, 30% is paid to start sampling, 40% when production starts and the final 30% on completion, before shipment.
Which Incoterms do you support?
We support all Incoterms 2020: EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, and DDP. FOB Chittagong is our standard term. The applicable Incoterm is agreed per order at the quotation stage.
Do you manufacture sustainable and organic garments?
Yes. We manufacture using organic cotton (GOTS-aligned), recycled polyester (rPET), Tencel, Modal, and other certified sustainable fabrics. SDF Clothing is also committed to tree plantation initiatives and operates on 100% renewable energy via Cloudflare Pages — certified green by the Green Web Foundation. Is sample development free?
Samples carry no fee. A 30% advance deposit, based on your estimated bulk order value, is required before sampling starts and is fully credited toward your confirmed production order, so it is not an additional charge. If a 30% deposit feels like too much commitment, choose the Design Sample instead: USD 250 per style or design, made from our stock fabric (or yours), with up to 2 correction rounds. It shows design, print, embroidery, labelling and style, not production-grade fabric or fit. If you place a confirmed bulk order within 20 days of receiving it, the USD 250 is deducted from your 30% deposit; otherwise it is non-refundable (see our terms).
